WHITE TICKET
Thank you for requesting a ticket to Congressman Doug LaMalfa’s memorial Saturday January 26, 2026 at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds in Chico, the largest venue in Butte County. We have had over 3,200 people request tickets and are working to accommodate all who wish to attend. Due to security requirements, we must be indoors for the memorial. We have hit our maximum capacity as approved by the Fire Marshall inside the memorial building.
We have additional space inside the fairgrounds for you to watch the memorial on a large screen and participate but unfortunately, we cannot fit any more in main building. To meet capacity requirements the building is not fully enclosed so it will be outside air temperature- which is expected to be in the low 60’s. Please dress appropriately.
You also have the option of live streaming the memorial from home via our Facebook pages either Doug’s official Congressional Facebook page or his Campaign Facebook page.
You have been designated as a WHITE ticket holder and will access the fairgrounds by Gate B
Parking: Parking opens at 9:30. Please park in the main fairgrounds parking and proceed to Gate B.
Entry: Gates open at 10:00. You will need to show your ticket and have ID to enter. No large bags, backpacks, signs, or weapons of any type will be allowed. Smaller purses are ok but are subject to search.
Each member of your party will need to present a paper or digital copy of their ticket to enter. If you used one email for every member of your party, please give each one a ticket. Every individual name will be checked at credentialing and no individual who did not already rsvp will be admitted even with a ticket.
A video presentation pre-program begins at approximately 10:45. The memorial will begin promptly at noon and is estimated to last approximately 90 minutes.
